To ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please review our policies carefully.
1. Booking and Reservations
- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book a reservation
2. Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours to 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
3. House Rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit or on the rooftop deck. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
- No Pets: We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbours.
- Maximum Occupancy: The Hayloft was designed to comfortably accommodate up to two people. Visitors may be welcome, but please check with us first.
4. Amenities and Usage
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, though it may be patchy if you are trying to live-stream while playing with the chickens.
- Gardens: Feel free to wander around the property, but please do not pick any flowers or otherwise disturb the landscaping (unless you feel like weeding!).
- Hot Tub: The hot tub is inflatable, so please keep glass away. Do not use for extended periods of time at high temperatures as this could cause health risks. The water is tested weekly and maintained with conventional pool/spa treatments. Skin sensitivity is rare but possible. Hot tub use is at your own risk.
- Steam Shower: Please do not bring glass into the steam shower. Do not use for extended periods of time at high temperatures as this could cause health risks. Use is at your own risk.
- Smart TV: Feel free to sign in to your personal streaming accounts when using the television. We recommend signing out prior to checking out.
- Cleaning: We do not provide cleaning services or linen changes while guests are checked in. Please notify us if there are any unusual or extraordinary cleaning needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
